Testimonials are not a research tool, I know that.  After all, someone who is not feeling the benefits of an intervention are not likely to write about it, however, we get so many reports of success (gloating, pardon) that I want to publish at least some of them.  I think it helps people to know that these treatments do work, and they work for patients that feel just like you do. For example, one of Dani’s patients sent her this email today:
