Within several months, all of the hand stimming behaviors were gone and his eye contect dramatically improved. He is 5 now and still on this diet. Accidental infractions have produced regressions, so he may be on it for life. Although he still has some issues, he is going to a regular Kindergarten this Fall (with no one-on one aide). WE have been under treatment with Dr. Kalb for about 1 and 1/2 years and the additional support provided with labs, supplements, and prescription medications have all helped. Although, GFCF doesn't work for every child with Autism, it warrants at least a 6 month try to see. You may be amazed at the results. It can be very worth the effort.
